RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Send an email to sales@lucianmail.com with your reason for return/exchange. Add your order number to the Subject Line.
We will email you back within 2 to 3 business days with a return authorization number and a free pre-paid return label.
The return instructions will be included with your return label email.
Please note:
Any item can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
Free Returns and No Restocking fee for Size Exchanges.
Color changes are subject to a 15% restocking fee and returned at client expense.
Items that have been altered or washed cannot be returned.
Drinkwear that has been used is not returnable.
We will email you within 2 business days a return authorization # and a free prepaid return label.
The original order's Shipping fees are not refunded.
It may take up to 7 days after items are received at our warehouses for your credit card to reflect the refund.
